Fishing Report

Alan Henry – FAIR. Water clear 56 degrees; 2.09' low. Black bass have increased to good on rigged worms, spinnerbaits, and crankbaits working the steep shorelines. Crappie are good on minnows, and jigs around the pier and flooded timber. Catfish are fair on live bait and stinkbait.

Amistad – FAIR. Water lightly stained; 66 degrees; 31.16’ low. Largemouth bass are good on topwaters, spinners, plastic worms, and grubs among flooded timber, steep dropoffs, and submerged vegetation. Catfish are fair on stinkbait and cut bait. Also, baited holes have increased the numbers both in weight and quantity.

Arlington – FAIR. Water stained; 60 degrees; 1.72' low. Largemouth bass are best fished near the plant and around boat docks. Crappie are fair on minnows and jigs finding submerged structure. Catfish are good on live bait and stinkbait throughout the lake and around the plant.
